Our estate planning processes help our clients effectively pass their wealth to the next generation.  Whether the client’s needs are basic will or revocable living trust planning, or one of many advanced estate planning alternatives, our process remains focused on the client’s needs.  We also take the time to help our clients preserve their legacy.  People are finding  that transferring intangible assets such as life lessons, family stories, faith or a charitable spirit are at least as important as their material wealth.  Our goal is to help the client pass along their true wealth to the next generation.

Our business planning solutions provide business owners consistent, reliable legal services as their business grows.  One of our roles is to provide quality general counsel services for growing businesses.  We become a trusted advisor as the business owner transitions out of their business into the retirement years.  Our firm also provides a seamless integration of our clients’ business plans with their personal estate plans, and we proactively work with our clients’ financial professionals to integrate their overall retirement and financial plans.

Our trust administration and probate system provides trustees and executors a supportive system to properly distribute a trust or to settle an estate.  This system is flexible enough to be used with simple trusts and estates, and it is fully prepared to also handle complex trusts and estates.  In all cases our trust administration and probate services are there to provide clients guidance and complete support as they fulfill their role as a trustee or executor. 

Our elder and special needs clients are provided trusted guidance with the growing array of challenges faced by these clients.  The Bell Law Firm provides services including Medicaid qualification consulting, planning services for the long-term care of a loved one, counseling services for special needs trusts, veterans benefit planning and additional services required for the ongoing care of the elder and special needs client.  We are accredited by the Veterans Administration (VA) to prepare, present and prosecute claims for veterans benefits before the VA.  The needs of all these clients continue to evolve requiring new and creative future solutions.
